What we help with

Every first visit starts with an assessment. Your physio explains what they find, and you agree the plan together.

Sports injuries

Sprains, strains and niggles from running, football, gym work or racquet sports, with a return-to-sport plan.

Back and neck pain

For stiffness and pain from desk work, lifting or sleeping awkwardly. Hands-on treatment and simple exercises.

Rehab after surgery

Step-by-step rehab after knee, hip or shoulder operations, working alongside your surgeon’s guidance.

Knee, hip and shoulder

Joint aches, clicking and loss of movement, assessed properly with a plan to build strength.

Running assessment

A filmed treadmill session, strength checks and a plan for your training, whether it’s a first 5k or a marathon.

Strength & rehab classes

Small groups of up to six, led by a physio. A steady way to keep going once your one-to-one sessions finish.

How it works

Four simple steps

  1. Assessment45 minutes in a private room. We talk through what’s happening, check how you move, and explain what we find in plain English.
  2. Your plan, in writingWhat we’ll work on, roughly how often, and what you can do at home. You decide what to book.
  3. TreatmentHands-on work where it helps, and exercises that fit your day, sent to your phone.
  4. ReviewWe check in on progress and adjust the plan, or agree you’re ready to carry on by yourself.

FAQ

Questions people ask

Do I need a referral from my GP?

No. You can book directly. Some health insurers ask for a GP referral before they pay, so check with yours first if you’re claiming.

What should I wear?

Something comfortable you can move in, like shorts or loose trousers and a t-shirt. Bring trainers if you have a running or sports problem.

How many sessions will I need?

It depends on you and what’s going on. Your physio will give you an honest idea at the first assessment, and you decide what to book.

Can I use my health insurance?

Ask us before your first visit with your insurer’s name and we’ll tell you what we need. Otherwise you pay per session.

What if I need to cancel?

Please give us 24 hours’ notice so someone else can have the slot. You can move your appointment online.

I stopped coming halfway through. Can I come back?

Of course. Book a review appointment and we’ll pick up from where things are now.
