What happens in the 45-minute consultation?
A doctor reviews your skin history and goals, examines your skin under magnified light, and gives you a written plan with a fixed quote. It costs £75 (sample price), which comes off any treatment booked within 30 days.
Do I have to book treatment on the day?
No. Many guests take the plan home and think it over. Your fee stays redeemable for 30 days.
Who carries out treatments?
Registered medical practitioners or trained therapists, depending on the treatment. Prescription-only treatments always need a face-to-face consultation with a prescriber first.
Is there any downtime?
It depends on the treatment and on you. Your practitioner explains likely downtime, possible side effects and alternatives before you decide.
Can I change or cancel my appointment?
Yes. Please give us at least 48 hours' notice so we can offer the slot to someone else.
